Oversees private events, including scheduling, on-site management, and client, vendor, & subcontractor coordination. Arranges and oversees one-hour private rentals (engagements, photography sessions, tours, wedding ceremonies, etc.). Responsible for events equipment set-up and tear-down. Operates sound system as needed. Miscellaneous event responsibilities: inflatable attendant, photo booth attendant, etc. Provide guests with utmost care and attention to ensure a first-rate guest experience while displaying enthusiasm and knowledge about the Zoo and its event venues.
